Drive rolling forecasts in collaboration with TPMs, helping them translate delivery plans, staffing shifts, and execution risks into clear financial projections.
Partner with TPMs to embed finance into portfolio operations, helping teams manage budgets, understand financial levers, and align delivery with financial outcomes.
Analyze key variances across forecast, budget, and actuals; highlight trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities for leadership.
Deliver portfolio-level reporting and dashboards to senior leadership, providing transparency into financial performance, resource usage, and delivery alignment.
Ensure compliance with capitalization policies and support appropriate financial treatment of tech investments.
Lead financial input into executive presentations, investment reviews, and strategic prioritization efforts.
Support the GOS team in streamlining reporting processes and reducing administrative overhead for TPMs and engineering.
Manage and mentor a global team of 10+ finance professionals and contractors, building a culture of accountability, agility, and partnership.
Who You Are 12+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategy, or consulting—preferably within tech or retail.

Skilled in financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
Familiar with capital planning, accounting principles, and portfolio tools (e.g., Clarity, Anaplan, or similar).
