Essential Responsibilities:
Own the strategy, performance, and oversight of all property management systems and operational software platforms across the organization to include TrackPulse.
Ensure alignment with business needs and operational goals
Establish governance standards to ensure consistent use, configuration, and data integrity
Develop and execute a comprehensive platform management strategy aligned with company objectives. Define and prioritize platform features, upgrades, and integrations to enhance guest and partner experience
Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of property management systems and users to identify inefficiencies, compliance risks, and cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure platforms are delivering maximum value
Proactively identify and resolve gaps or overlaps in platform usage that may lead to financial leakage or operational slowdowns
Drive the evolution and scalability of the tech stack to support business growth, improve automation, and enhance the guest and homeowner experience
Monitor and report on platform ROI, user adoption, and key metrics to support continuous improvement and strategic planning
Compile and analyze data
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with progress and the business benefits are achieved
Assist in the development and maintenance of platform management procedures
Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with employees in any position
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
+ years of relative work experience in the vacation rental industry
Experience working in TrackPulse, Breezeway, and other property management software platforms
Excellent analytical, project management, interpersonal, organizational planning, and PC skills
The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
Strong knowledge of the vacation rental and short-term rental industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
A business acumen with strategic ability
Strong decision-making abilities
High degree of personal integrity
Desired Skills & Competencies:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
Self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
Exert up to pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
