Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (with on-call responsibilities)

What You'll Do

As the Director of Plant Operations , you will lead the charge to make sure that our facility is safe and comfortable for our clients and team members. You will: Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or other drainage problems Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building's electricity Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door, or wall repair. Maintain the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly. Ensuring a safe and risk preventative environment within OSHA regulations. What We're Looking For High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. Healthcare related EOC life safety experience and/or behavioral health Joint Commission experience highly preferred. Must possess a working knowledge of building maintenance which includes job acquired knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, electronic, security, and HVAC systems. Working knowledge of the use and application of computers. Valid driver's license required for as needed vehicle travel. Must be at least 21 years of age. Why Join Us?
