The Director of Philanthropy leads all fundraising and donor engagement efforts, creating and executing strategies to generate financial support from diverse sources. This role focuses on cultivating and sustaining strong donor relationships while driving successful fundraising initiatives. The position works collaboratively with organizational leadership and oversees a team responsible for events, communications, and grant development.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years fundraising/development experience

Minimum 3+ years management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
