What You'll Do: Lead and manage all aspects of hospital pharmacy services.

Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Cultivate a strong professional image and foster collaborative relationships across all hospital departments.

Align pharmacy operations with client and hospital goals.

Provide effective managerial oversight to the pharmacy team.

Oversee the financial health and performance of the pharmacy.

Drive the department to achieve hospital-wide goals and objectives.

What You’ll Bring: License: Active and in-good-standing CA State Pharmacist License

Education: Pharm D or B.S.

Experience: At least 3 years of prior pharmacy management experience, including oncology experience

Screening: Must pass a background check, drug screen, and health screening

What We Offer: Competitive pay: $175K–$200K salary (depending on experience)
