Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care for pelvic health conditions in the outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement a scalable pelvic health program.
- Generate patient leads through community outreach, physician networking, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate pelvic health into our broader clinical and operational strategy.
- Mentor and train future pelvic health providers as the program grows.
- Track outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience treating pelvic health disorders.
- Specialty certification in pelvic health physical therapy (e.g., CAPP-Pelvic, PRPC, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health care models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and grow a new service line.
- Experience with program development or leadership in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Marketing or community engagement experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
