What You Will Be Doing Managing the complete enrollment journey for your campus—from initial inquiry through waitlist placement Conducting engaging information sessions and personalized conversations that transform interested parents into passionate Alpha advocates Maintaining a consistent presence at campus activities and community events to build visibility and establish trust Developing strategic partnerships with local organizations and community influencers to expand regional awareness Analyzing and reporting on parent feedback, conversion metrics, and emerging community engagement opportunities What You Won’t Be Doing Implementing formulaic sales tactics or impersonal outreach strategies Compromising Alpha\'s educational standards or mission to accommodate hesitant parents Taking a hands-off approach by delegating relationship cultivation to other staff members Working primarily from a desk—this role demands active community immersion and presence Director Of Parent Advocacy Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust 150+ student waitlist at your assigned campus through authentic relationship-building, strategic enrollment initiatives, and continuous parent engagement. Basic Requirements Current residence within commuting distance to one of our campus locations: Scottsdale (AZ), San Francisco or Santa Barbara (CA), Palm Beach (FL), New York City (NY), or Austin (TX) Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship Minimum 5 years of experience working with families in education, community outreach, or enrollment management Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated capacity to build trust and facilitate complex decision-making processes Genuine alignment with Alpha\'s accelerated, high-expectations educational philosophy About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Students master core academics in just two hours a day, with afternoons devoted to developing essential skills. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
