Position Summary:
As a vital member of our Growth team, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital performance and achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute a high-impact paid social and programmatic strategy aimed at lead generation and brand growth.
Budget Management: Oversee multi-million dollar media budgets to ensure efficient customer acquisition and maximize return on ad spend.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a talented team of specialists focused on performance-driven results.
Audience Targeting: Utilize data to effectively target high-intent customers through innovative segmentation strategies.
Campaign Performance: Enhance local and national campaign performance to align with overarching marketing objectives.
AI & Automation: Implement advanced technology for performance optimization and efficiency improvements.
Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with sales targets and brand objectives.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends to refine campaign strategies and performance metrics.
Reporting: Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to guide digital media strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in Paid Social and Programmatic Advertising with proven success in managing high-budget campaigns.
3+ years in a leadership role, fostering team development and performance.
In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms and audience targeting techniques.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Information:
Less than 10% domestic travel required.
Normal office environment, with standard physical requirements.
