Responsibilities: Lead and manage OSP construction projects with a strategic approach, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. Direct and inspire construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, driving on-time, within-budget project deliveries. Enforce rigorous quality standards, ensuring projects meet specifications, codes, and regulations. Skillfully allocate resources—labor, equipment, and materials—balancing efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor project budgets, providing financial updates to stakeholders, keeping projects on a harmonious financial track. Anticipate potential risks, developing proactive strategies to ensure project success. Work collaboratively with internal teams, engineering, and stakeholders, aligning everyone to achieve project goals. Required Skills/Qualifications: Possess an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
