Director of Operations-Affordable Housing The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of real estate properties, working directly with tenants to resolve issues, show properties, and take care of administrative duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Interview, hire, onboard, and develop talented candidates to achieve property goals. Mentor, instruct, or coach others to improve their performance. Manage priorities, use feedback to improve team performance, remove obstacles, and resolve conflicts. Communicate clearly and effectively through written and verbal mediums. Seek out and absorb customer feedback to drive future decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve company and installation goals. Oversee leasing and prospect management, and ensure budgeted occupancy and marketing strategy. Ensure property adherence to policies and provide feedback to team members. Develop the annual budget and achieve monthly financial targets. Manage financial tasks, including payables and receivables. Set business priorities and oversee maintenance performance. Support the Project Development team as requested. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include: An associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management or related fields. Ability to communicate effectively and manage competing priorities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer-oriented skills. Rigorous attention to detail and results-driven mindset. Possession of a valid state-issued Driver's License and safe driving record. The role is a full-time, senior-level position with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
