Well respected mechanical contractor is seeking to hire a dynamic Director of Operations Manager immediately the bay area  of California.  This company has many years of proven excellence and shows no signs of slowing down!! The Director of Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the company’s mechanical, plumbing, building management controls, and service divisions. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience working at companies specializing in any of the MEP trades. At least 5 years in a senior leadership or operations management role. Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects. Knowledge of construction technology platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project, ERP systems).
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. PMP, PE, or equivalent certifications. Experience in plan spec, design-build, or integrated project delivery (IPD) environments. Experience in HCAI/OSHPD vertical market Experience working with Stratus
