Your Contribution to Our Success The Director of Operations contributes to AHF by ensuring the Prevention Department operates efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals. They oversee all prevention grants, manage daily operations, and lead staff in delivering high-quality, client-centered services. Additionally, they manage funder relationships, support grant reporting and financial reporting, and assist with budget development and identifying new funding opportunities. By collaborating with the Contract Manager on grant management and writing, they help secure and maintain essential resources for prevention programs. Their leadership strengthens CALOR’s capacity to fulfill its mission of providing comprehensive, equitable care to communities most impacted by HIV. A Director of Operations enhances the reputation of AHF by ensuring the Prevention Department delivers high-quality, efficient, and culturally responsive services that meet the needs of the communities served. By managing funder relationships with professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate grant and financial reporting, and supporting strong program performance, they build trust with funders, partners, and clients.
