The Director of Operations will lead strategy and execution to align with the General Manager’s vision and company budget, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, service quality, and profitability across service and installation divisions. This role requires a hands-on, field-engaged leader with a deep understanding of sales outputs and the ability to scale operations in a high-growth home services business. Key Duties: Lead managers across service, install, dispatch, warehouse, and fleet. Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control. Drive margin growth through job costing, pricing, and resource optimization. Implement workforce planning to meet sales growth. Enhance scheduling, technician productivity, and installer efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service for seamless operations. Use KPIs and data analytics to guide decisions on capacity, profitability, and cost control. KPIs: Gross margin, installer efficiency, operational cycle time, cost control, quality metrics, and scalability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and 8+ years in operational leadership (residential sales preferred). Proven success scaling high-growth operations. Strong financial acumen in job costing and margin optimization.
