At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that empowers children with autism and supports their families. With multiple clinics providing both center-based and home-based services, we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the operational management of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the operational performance across all service delivery centers and administrative functions
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, employee satisfaction, and quality of services
Establish policies, procedures, and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives; regularly monitor performance
Oversee the financial health of the centers, including budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting
Collaborate with clinical leadership and HR to streamline onboarding and professional development for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and administrative staff
Foster a positive, collaborative organizational culture that emphasizes communication, teamwork, and professional growth
Drive initiatives for community outreach, marketing, and business development
Oversee facility operations , ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards
Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams , ensuring clear communication and alignment
Handle crisis situations and operational challenges , providing swift and effective solutions
Manage scheduling and resource allocation to maintain optimal staff coverage
Participate in staff engagement activities, team-building events, and professional development programs
Regularly report to senior leadership on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic progress
Qualifications
8+ years of management experience overseeing large, multi-site operations (healthcare or service-based preferred)
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
Strong leadership and team management skills with proven success driving organizational growth
High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage empathetically with children, families, and staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to implement processes that drive long-term growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills under pressure
Experience in ABA therapy operations
Willingness to travel between clinical sites
