Overview
The Director of Operations will manage daily operations of all home care programs for the company. Lead and direct the overall operations of the company in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the clients while achieving the company’s business objectives. How you Will make a difference Participate as a Silver Angels advocate by supporting a marketing strategy to introduce nursing home based alternative long-term health care programs to company employees, community leaders, government officials and prospective customers. Build and develop operations, processes and procedures to support strategic direction. Establish operations initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee relations. Direct implementation and execution of policies and practices throughout the segment. Oversee operations budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements. Direct the set-up of new services to include licensing, credentialing, contracting, acquisition of equipment and supplies, training, and on-boarding support. Assist with the reimbursement process and related issues to minimize or eliminate cash flow concerns, as requested. What you Need to make a Difference Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years related experience in long-term care management. One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required. Ability to think ahead and plan over a one (1) to two (2) year time span. General knowledge of HCBS program and a thorough understanding of the key elements within each available service. This position will require extensive travel covering 7 Silver Angels offices in Tennessee and 2 Silver Angels offices in Kentucky - Previous Home Based Care Experience Preferred Salary Range Up to USD $85,000.00/Hr. # #LI-BP1 #INDSS
