Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Opportunity to work in a position directly reporting into the VP of Operations. In this role you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project management teams. My client is a general contracting firm located in the Greater St. Louis area. They have experience in multiple sectors with projects ranging from $3M to over $100M in scope. Over the years, they've been able to secure repeat clients while also developing relationships that have opened doors for them into new projects. This role will be overseeing the project management team and will be working directly with C-level executives, other directors, and clients. They have created an enjoyable workplace where teams collaborate and support one another. Description Handle all aspects of project management (PMs, Engineers, and Preconstruction teams) Meeting with clients during multiple phases of the project - proposals, kick off, updates, closing, and new business opportunities Traveling to job sites periodically to check in on status (local to Missouri and Illinois) Reviewing proposals, schematics, and other project documents to assess potential setbacks or risks to the projects Client relations will be an important part of this role Analyze current internal processes to see if there are more efficient routes of scheduling, budgeting, or workforce distributing Utilize project management and estimating software to review updates and changes Apply now and your resume will be reviewed within 24 hours.
