We are a rapidly growing cleaning company committed to excellence, empowerment, and respect in everything we do. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and highly experienced *Director of Operations* to oversee our day-to-day functions and lead our team to new heights.

*About the Role*
The Director of Operations will be the central leader responsible for all departments within Shore to Shore Cleaning. From HR to scheduling to field service quality, this individual will drive results, shape company culture, and ensure smooth and scalable operations. This role starts with full oversight of scheduling and expands to strategic leadership across every department.
You’ll be empowered to lead autonomously but must collaborate with ownership on high-level matters including pricing changes, legal considerations, partnerships, and high-cost spending decisions.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee and align all departments including HR, operations, scheduling, and customer service
* Directly manage and optimize scheduling operations in the initial phase
* Supervise, support, and coach technician team leads and field staff
* Hire and terminate field staff (technicians) as needed
* Manage HR responsibilities for technicians, including onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution
* Collaborate with ownership on all leadership-level hiring and company direction
* Review and approve damage reimbursements
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and payroll administration

* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and client satisfaction

*Qualifications*
*Required:*
* 3+ years of leadership experience in operations within a service-based business
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to perform well under high-stress situations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong understanding of organizational systems and team workflows
* Confident in conflict resolution and team development
*Preferred:*
* Familiarity with cleaning or home services industries
* Working knowledge of scheduling and CRM software
* Experience in HR processes and basic finance/P&L understanding

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
