Director of Operations (Fab and Assembly)

The Director, of Operations will be a part of the facility leadership team and will develop a fabrications operational strategy that aligns with business strategy to improve factory safety, quality, and productivity. The facility is a 750,000 square foot facility with over 1600 employees Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or other related major 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of increasing responsibility Significant experience in operations, manufacturing complex products through vertically integrated fabrication processes. including maintenance software and implementations Strong working knowledge of metal punch, bending and forming operations, utilizing traditional and robotic systems. Experience developing capital project business cases and providing hands-on capital project support. Experience leveraging lean manufacturing principles.
