Position Information

Minimum Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

Master’s degree. License in a major trade or professional accreditation. Computer literacy and a working knowledge with building plans and specifications. Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System ( CMMS ).

Position Details

Position Purpose

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of central heating plant and all campus plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems and structural needs to assure they are operating effectively and efficiently. Responsible for operation and scheduling of Campus Construction Services. Oversee budget, equipment and staff. Assist the Associate Vice President for Facilities Management with administrative and management functions. Member of Campus Emergency Response team and interim member of the Emergency Management Advisory Committee and any other campus committee as needed.
