The ideal candidate will hold a CO RN license and possess 2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility with acute/sub-acute experience. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision to nurses as well as lead, direct and monitor the delivery of health care and related health and medical services. Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and nursing practice standards. Provide effective nurse management (hiring, development, training, performance feedback, etc.) that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving supports and services.
