Oak Park Place , a premier provider of assisted living and memory care in Wisconsin is growing and we have openings in our beautiful Madison East Grandview Skilled Nursing Facility. We are currently searching for a Director of Nursing (DON)/Director of Health Care Services to assist with the growth of this beautiful facility. We are looking for someone who will fit into our family first, positive culture.

Qualified candidates should have experience in long term care (LTC), including Director or Assistant Director leadership experience. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced leader with the ability and energy to create a positive atmosphere for our customers and staff. Requirements

The qualified candidate will have: 3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred Current WI Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid
