Also responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation as needed. Directs and guides patient teaching activities and ancillary personnel, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. JOB REQUIREMENTS The following requirements list the minimum to qualify. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. LICENSING: Current, unrestricted Virginia Registered Nursing License CERTIFICATION: Current CPR Certification EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Associate's Degree required; Bachelors' Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum two to three (2-3) year of clinical, supervisory experience; correctional nursing experience a plus EOE/M/F/D/V
