We are searching for a Licensed Director of Nursing (DON ) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility.

Qualifications:
Valid Texas RN License.
Valid CPR Certification.
Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
