This includes oversight of Routine Nursing Services (Inpatient, Observation, Hospice, and Swing Bed Services) and Emergency Department Services Works closely with leadership to develop and implement policies, Procedures, and strategies in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the Health System.
