Position Overview:
As the Director of Nursing Services, you'll be at the helm of our nursing department, guiding and inspiring a team committed to providing top-notch care to our residents. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing all nursing services in accordance with local, state, and federal standards. Your leadership will ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care in a safe, welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For:
Ø   A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
Ø   A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related healthcare facility.
Ø   A current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.
Ø   Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Ø   Current CPR certification.
Ø   A commitment to promoting teamwork, respect, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø   Oversee and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Services Department.
Ø   Interpret and enforce nursing policies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Ø   Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care and services.
Ø   Participate in recruitment, hiring, and the development of nursing staff.
Ø   Ensure the delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision.
Ø   Lead infection control initiatives and promote safe work practices.
Ø   Step in as the Administrator when needed.
