Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO + paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Supportive leadership + clinical training Requirements Current RN license in New Hampshire (or compact license) Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership, ideally in behavioral health or addiction treatment Knowledge of detox protocols and residential level care CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and team leadership skills Passion for recovery-focused care Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations for detox and residential units Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff and ensure clinical excellence Coordinate with medical providers on treatment planning and protocols Monitor compliance with all regulatory guidelines and documentation standards Foster a trauma-informed, patient-centered care environment Manage staffing schedules, hiring, training, and performance reviews Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed

Pay: $80K - $120K per year
