We are seeking a hands-on, dedicated Patient Care Advocate to lead our nursing department and strong management team (ADNS, SDC, MDS, etc) at our recently renovated, 132-bed center which averages a 96-97% daily census, with up to 50 Admissions/month and a solid track record of Survey results. What You'll Do:As the Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with our mission.
