About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Director of Nursing (RN) who shares our values and passion for serving elders and building a best-in-class care team. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate seeking consistent, predictable hours, a low-stress care setting, and mission-driven and meaningful part-time work that can grow into a full-time leadership role as the agency scales.

This role offers a hybrid schedule-with time split between our Bergen County office, field visits to clients' homes or facilities, and remote work. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, compassionate, and comfortable being available after hours for clinical emergencies (on-call rotation to be determined as team grows).

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
