We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee and elevate the quality of care in our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Unit. This is an incredible opportunity for a results-driven professional passionate about patient-centered care and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement goals, policies, and performance standards to enhance the quality of care in the LTC unit.Establish and maintain an efficient organizational structure to achieve clinical and operational objectives.Lead, mentor, and support the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.Oversee patient care, ensuring high-quality services for both LTC and skilled nursing residents.Assist with the coordination of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process to optimize patient outcomes and facility operations.Requirements:✓ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of West Virginia✓ BLS CPR Certification (must be up to date annually)✓ 3+ years of management experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting✓ Prior experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in LTC✓ Familiarity with the MDS process in LTCPreferred Qualifications:Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage nursing teamsProven ability to drive regulatory compliance and improve patient outcomesPassion for fostering a positive, team-oriented work cultureWhy Join Us?We value our team and offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of residents and staff.
