Director of Nursing Job Requirements  Medicare Home Health supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse. Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations, OASIS, and PDGM. Staff development skills.

Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities  Manage clinical team. Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. Train and mentor nurses.
