Director of Nursing Job Requirements Medicare  Home Health experience required. Excellent understanding of Home Care regulations, reimbursement, OASIS, and PDGM. Registered Nurse required. Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities Manage clinical team and directly reporting managers. Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. Perform visits in the field when necessary.
