located in the Eastern Wheatbelt, is seeking a dedicated
Director of Nursing – Health Service Manager
to lead our committed team, commencing in February
2026 . As a multi-purpose site, the Hospital offers a range
of essential services, including emergency care, comprehensive aged
care, inpatient ward and community based healthcare. You will have
the opportunity to lead the team in providing quality care across
diverse settings, supporting both urgent medical needs and

About
the OPPORTUNITY
This role is responsible for the
effective management, development and leadership of the health
service to ensure best practice delivery of hospital, aged
residential and community based services. It is responsible for
developing cooperative relationships with local communities and
organisations.
To be
successful in this role, you will
have…
Advanced clinical skills and previous experience in working within an aged care environment.
Ability to be a leader/coordinator in diverse team environments.
Highly developed communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
A commitment to providing best practice aged care
A commitment to delivering clinical services to the community and achieving high quality outcomes.
Experience in the management of financial, human and physical resources, and the achievement of agreed strategic outcomes.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislative obligations for Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Work Health and Safety, and how these impact on employment and service delivery.
A current C or C-A Class driver’s license
