Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at Complete Care at Barn Hill. As the DON, you will oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering compassionate healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining excellent survey results.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and retention of nursing personnel.
Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey, with a minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Proven track record of achieving high-quality care metrics and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
