We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. This is a key leadership role for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality resident care.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth.

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Monitor resident health outcomes and address any concerns promptly.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Kentucky.

Previous DON or nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

In-depth knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
