Your Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all clinical operations and nursing staff Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies Drive quality improvement initiatives and support positive clinical outcomes Mentor and develop nursing staff and foster a positive team culture Serve as a key liaison with physicians, residents, and families
What We’re Looking For: Active RN license in Ohio Prior DON or ADON experience in a skilled nursing facility Strong leadership, clinical, and organizational skills A compassionate and team-oriented approach to resident care Solid knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
