About the job Director of Nursing (DON) Position: Director of Nursing (DON)Setting: Surgery CenterJob type: Full-timeLocation: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730Pay Rate: $120,000 to $135,000 per year (DOE)Days: Monday to Friday (Flexible)About:We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of surgical and patient care. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the clinical team, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the surgery center.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the clinical staff and OR team (approx. 10 employees)Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accrediting bodies (including Medicare)Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for clinical careProvide leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing and surgical staffCoordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance managementParticipate in audits, surveys, and inspections with regulatory agenciesMonitor patient safety, infection control, and risk management protocolsCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and administrative leaders to deliver excellent patient outcomesRequirement:Minimum 5 years of experience in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) RequiredProven supervisory or management experience in a clinical settingStrong understanding of regulatory compliance, including Medicare and CMS guidelinesActive RN license in the state of CaliforniaStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPay Rate:$120,000 to $135,000 per year plus Benefits (Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits)WELLTECH PARTNERS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
