Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate and enhance patient care services.
Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment.
Develop and implement nursing care plans, policies, and procedures to meet the changing needs of residents.

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
Proven experience in nursing leadership and management, preferably in a long-term care setting.
