What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee all aspects of the nursing department to ensure the highest level of resident care
Hire, coach, support, and inspire a nursing team dedicated to clinical excellence and compassion
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Oversee care planning, assessments, and discharge coordination to support positive health outcomes
Maintain staffing levels that meet resident needs and support team morale
Drive quality assurance and participate in interdisciplinary initiatives
Step in to support the Executive Director and broader leadership team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada (required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Certification in rehab, geriatric, or psychiatric nursing (preferred)
2+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong understanding of clinical regulations and compliance
A passion for mentoring, motivating, and developing nursing staff
