Job Responsibilities:

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the administration of the Nursing Department.  This includes but is not limited to: policy development/implementation (in coordination with Regional Clinical Director), organizational planning, the direction of the nursing care delivery and the development and monitoring of standards of nursing practices.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse in Wisconsin

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing

Five years of clinical nursing experience related to geriatric nursing

Must have at least five years management experience

Experience in long-term care preferred

Working knowledge of Total Quality Improvement processes preferred
