Full-time exempt (from $104,000 - $145,600 based on experience)

Our Director of Nursing shall be an individual who demonstrates superb leadership qualities with being comfortable with change.  Will lead by example and demonstrate a willingness and interest in helping out at all levels of operations.  The position requires a high level of professionalism, good mentoring skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficient computer skills.

Qualifications:

Register Nurse with a current MA license in good standing

A minimum of five years' experience in long-term care setting, with 3-5 years as Director of Nursing

Hold a current CPR Certification

Proficient in the use of computers and Electronic Medical Records

Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, amd guidelines that pertain to long term care
