Director of Nursing (DON) - Colby, KS ($5000 sign on+relocation)

Type: Full-time Shifts : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (On-call after hours)

Join a leading long-term care facility as Director of Nursing, overseeing resident care, compliance, and clinical operations. Lead a dedicated team, drive quality improvement, and ensure excellence in patient outcomes.

Position Details:

Pay: $90,000-110,000 Annual I mmediate start available Requirements: Kansas RN license (current) 1+ years of nursing management experience to include hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision. DON and/or ADON experience in geriatric nursing preferred. Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding long term care. Experience in tracking, trending, and analyzing clinical performance data preferred.
