We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire, mentor, and hold staff accountable while maintaining a culture of compassion and excellence in resident care.Key Responsibilities:Provide confident leadership, discipline, education, and training for the nursing teamMaintain strong interpersonal relationships with staff, residents, families, and external agenciesCommunicate effectively with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulationsBe hands-on and visible on the floor, leading by exampleEnsure thorough and accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)Oversee survey preparation, execution, and corrective action plansMentor and develop staff for professional growth and retentionResolve conflicts and foster a positive work cultureDrive improvements in quality measures and maintain high standards of careManage budgets, staffing, and scheduling for nursing servicesAnalyze data and implement performance improvement initiativesCollaborate with department heads to achieve facility-wide goalsQualifications:Current, unencumbered RN license in CaliforniaMinimum 3 years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facilityIn-depth knowledge of SNF state and federal regulationsProven success in leading nursing teams and improving facility performanceProficiency in PointClickCare (PCC)Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to make sound decisions under pressureCompassionate, resident-focused approach to leadershipWhy Join Us:Competitive salary range: $200,000 - $225,000/yearSupportive administrative team and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to lead a dedicated and skilled nursing staffMake a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their familiesIf you are a strong, confident, and hands-on leader with a passion for skilled nursing excellence, we invite you to apply and join our mission of delivering exceptional care.
