You will actively engage members in both national and international policy discussions and oversee innovative programs that enhance nursing education pertaining to HIV/AIDS treatment, prevention, and research. Key responsibilities involve spearheading fundraising initiatives, managing a substantial annual budget, and providing strategic leadership to fulfill the organization's mission and vision. To qualify, applicants should possess at least 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing, public health, or nonprofit management, along with an advanced degree in a relevant field.
