Lead the way to Excellence: Munson Healthcare is building two new Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Cadillac and Gaylord to serve our patients and provide the best care in Northern Michigan. This will be a joint venture partnership with our physician partners. The beautiful ASC will open in the month of January. What We're Looking For: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a related degree preferred. Minimum of two years of management experience in an ambulatory surgery center or surgical services within an acute care hospital. Demonstrated leadership and managerial competence. Current BCLS certification required. ACLS and PALS certification must be obtained within six months of hire. Your Responsibilities Include: Train and onboard new clinical staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee clinical personnel management, including recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and retention. Utilize working knowledge of nursing techniques, medical equipment, healthcare documentation systems, and clinical workflows. Manage daily operations of the pre-operative, operating room, and post-operative areas, including staffing and process oversight.
