Lead Our Nursing Team – Director of Nursing (DON)

Location: Webb City Health and Rehab Job Type: Full-Time Webb City Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated nursing team. In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of clinical care while fostering a supportive, high-quality environment for both residents and staff. What You'll Do:

Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure top-quality resident care and strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance. Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless daily operations. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement efforts. Respond promptly and empathetically to resident and family concerns. What You Bring:

Active RN license in good standing (State of Missouri) 5+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care or rehab setting Prior experience as a DON or Assistant DON preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Comprehensive knowledge of nursing home regulations Dedication to improving resident outcomes and team morale Perks & Benefits:
