Position Summary:  Nations Roof is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of National Service to lead and mentor our Service and Business Unit operations across the country. This role is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and scalable expansion within our service and maintenance business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial roofing operations, exceptional business acumen, and a proven ability to develop and execute national growth strategies. This person will be a key liaison between our local branches and the executive leadership, ensuring a unified vision and consistent performance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Mentorship: Provide direct mentorship, guidance, and support to Service Managers and RoofCare General Managers across all branch locations.

Develop and implement standardized best practices, processes, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and efficiency nationwide.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development within the service and maintenance teams.

Operational and Financial Oversight: Support all branch business units (LLC’s) in their service and maintenance operations.

Review and analyze local office performance, focusing on key metrics such as revenue growth, project profitability, estimate conversion rates, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with local leadership to set ambitious, yet achievable, revenue goals and operational targets.

Conduct regular branch reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.

Business Development and Growth: Lead the strategic planning for scalable growth of the national service and RoofCare divisions.

Identify new market opportunities and operational efficiencies to expand our national footprint and service offerings.

Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue through enhanced project management, efficient estimating processes, and a focus on customer retention.

Bring consolidated data, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to the LLC level to inform executive decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders and departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and seamless integration of service initiatives.

Act as a central communication point between local branches and the corporate leadership team, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.

Qualifications: Extensive experience in commercial roofing operations is preferred.

A minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.

Demonstrated experience in leading a multi-site or national business unit, with a proven track record of achieving scalable growth.

Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and drive profitability.

Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both developing high-level strategies and executing tactical plans.

Willingness to travel extensively to various branch locations across the United States.

Proficiency in project management and CRM software is a plus.
