The ideal candidate will possess strong academic and administrative abilities to drive excellence in the curriculum, foster faculty growth, and support student achievements. Key responsibilities include: Strategic planning and budget management for music and theatre programs Innovating and developing programs that respond to the evolving landscape of arts education Building partnerships with community stakeholders and expanding fundraising efforts Maintaining compliance with accreditation standards and advancing program visibility We seek candidates with: A terminal degree in music, theatre, or a related field; or a relevant baccalaureate degree with exceptional professional experience; or a Master's degree in Arts Administration/Management with significant experience A distinguished record of achievement in music, theatre, or a related field A strong track record in fundraising and community engagement Moreover, we highly value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the arts and expect the successful candidate to embody these principles.
