Remote work schedule with 6 days in the office a quarter and as-needed travel for events. Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Education, Leadership, Organizational Development, or related)

5+ years of progressive leadership in educational programming, member services, or staff development

Proven success managing and mentoring a team—especially early-career professionals

Experience delivering engaging in-person and virtual training, conferences, or certification programs

Ability to operate under public scrutiny and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups

Familiarity with LMS systems, online learning tools, and KPI-driven program management Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in membership-based, volunteer-led organizations (e.g., fraternities, associations, nonprofits)

Ability to work collaboratively with boards, committees, and influential volunteers

Strong leadership presence and team-building mindset
