Key Responsibilities Lead administrative and clinical activities for the Med/Surg Service Line and Wound Care. Establish a strategic framework for nursing operations in alignment with organizational goals. Provide meaningful feedback to the Chief Nursing Officer regarding nursing initiatives. Develop clinical protocols utilizing evidence-based best practices. Assess project alignment with nursing and organizational strategies to optimize resources. Collaborate across departments to implement effective business strategies. Engage with leadership and staff regularly to identify operational needs and solutions. Manage multi-faceted projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Utilize data analysis to track indicators impacting nursing performance. Work with analytics teams to measure the impact of nursing initiatives on patient care outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. 3-5 years of leadership experience in a clinical management setting. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
