JOB SUMMARY :
This individual has the principal responsibility of supporting the Jared VP of Creative in developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns as well as overseeing photoshoot logistics and production schedules to support marketing brand and overall business strategies for Jared. The Director of Media and Creative will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Creative, marketing colleagues, social & digital marketing, Ecommerce, and other cross-functional team members and agency partners to ensure plans are briefed, creatively developed, presented, and delivered on time to meet go-live deadlines. This role will report to the VP of Creative.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Support Jared VP of Creative in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Work with agency partners to ensure production budgets are in line with quarterly forecasts
Assess photoshoot requirements, allocate budgets based on production requirements, coordinate logistics, secure necessary resources, and oversee production from shot list creation to final asset delivery
Work with project manager to ensure all assets are delivered to appropriate channel owners for timely dissemination
Serve as key contact for production side of agencies to facilitate the development of assets for integrated marketing plans and communicate plans and deliverables for timely delivery to media agencies
Monitor fiscal budgets in partnership with Finance, VP of Creative, VP of Marketing and Media Director while managing monthly and quarterly financial tasks to provide monthly close forecasts, optimize spend, reallocate resources, and ensure budget adherence
Work with Visual Merchandise team to monitor timelines and planning for floorset changes, display shipments and seasonal signage requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Bachelor of Arts Degree or Similar
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience : Ability to demonstrate outstanding Marketing skills within the Consumer Goods and/or Fashion/Retail category preferred. Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns, content development/management, promotions, partnerships, and brand programming preferred. Strong analytical skills as well as communication and presentation skills required. Superior project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be a creative thinker, self-starter, problem solver and resourceful. Must demonstrate passion, energy, and high integrity. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently and collectively across departments
Years of Job-Related Experience Required : 8+ years of Marketing experience recommended
